If you have a cruise or tour quote from any local or online travel agency. Provide the actual documentation to your Travel Leaders Splash Professional Travel Consultant and they will get straight to work at matching or beating that price! If they cant, then you can book with the agency that gave you the quote, but you still get $100 in Splash Cash good towards your next tour or cruise booking at Travel Leaders Splash locations.
After you book:
If you book book your cruise or tour at Travel Leaders Splash locations and find the same itinerary* for less, at any time before your departure, we'll rebook the reservation for you at the lower price. PLUS issue you an extra $100.00 in Splash Cash towards your next vacation or cruise booking (with the same guarantee!)
Easy steps:
1.) Schedule an Appointment with a Travel Leaders Splash Professional Travel Consultant.
2.) Call or come in at your appointment time and start planning your vacation!
3.) Just starting? Travel Leaders Splash consultants will carefully ask questions that will help them to customize your vacation or cruise to your individual and unique needs and desires They will provide you education, feedback and creativeness in developing a research plan. They will shop several reputable suppliers to make sure you're getting the best rate. Then, present you customized options and take on the entire process of planning all the details of your vacation. If after you book, you find it for less, we got your back! We'll rebook it at the lower rate and issue you $100 in Splash Cash good towards your next cruise or tour!
4.) Already have another agencies price quote? Provide the actual documentation to your Travel Leaders Professional Travel Consultant and they will get straight to work at matching or beating that price! If they cant. Go ahead and book it with the other agency (why wouldnt you!?). However, well still give you $100 in Splash Cash good towards your next cruise or tour with Travel Leaders Splash locations!
Terms and conditions:
The $100.00 Splash Cash guarantee applies to cruises, all inclusive destinations and resorts, tour packages, and vacation packages. It does not apply to air only, hotel only or car only type bookings.
For price comparison purposes, remember that Travel Leaders Splash consultants are professionals trained to create a very personalized travel experience for every individual. When comparing itineraries a price differential must be based on exact details. Same suppliers, same dates, same flights, same categories, same resort, etc. For instance; a direct flight with overnight hotel and balcony cabin cruise is not the same as a connecting flight on the same day of the cruise with an inside cabin. Or, a week at an all-inclusive resort staying Saturday to Saturday is not the same as Wednesday to Wednesday.
Your Travel Leaders Splash consultants will however have all your options available to you before you book. Our goal is to design the perfect itinerary for your individualized needs. Thus, cheaper versions of anyones itinerary can always be found if you cut enough corners. But, most likely not your version.
For comparing competitive price quotes. The actual quote must be provided on the agencies stationary or website printout. Or, your Travel Leaders Splash consultant must be able to access the information from the source.
If a rebooking is required. Some suppliers provide protection against any rebooking fees. Some suppliers charge rebooking fees and those charges would be the responsibility of the client as the charges are solely charged and received as an administration fee by the supplier not Travel Leaders Splash.
Travel Leaders Splash Cash is only good at Travel Leaders Splash locations (Hales Corners, WI and Oak Creek, WI). It is good towards cruises, all inclusive destinations and resorts, tour packages, and vacation packages valued at $2000 or more per booking. It does not apply to air only, hotel only or car only type bookings.
Travel Leaders Splash Cash can be redeemed any time within one year of issuance towards final payment of the booking for travel on any date. The $100 will be sent to the client in an agency check within 7 days after actual travel. Travel Leaders Splash Cash expires after one year from issuance. Cannot be extended for any reason, is not good towards cash, cannot be combined with any other Travel Leaders Splash promotional certificates or discounts, and can only be redeemed in its full value.
The priority at Travel Leaders Splash is to provide you the most unique, educational, customized and pleasant travel experience you will ever have. We will not try to find ways to not reward you with our $100.00 Splash Cash and always lean judgment towards the client. However, Travel Leaders Splash retains the right to decline issuance of the $100.00 in Splash Cash if in our judgment the comparison does meet the specifications aforementioned.
