Travel Leaders "Splash" is a locally owned vacation and cruise agency partnered with the industry's leading national travel company.

After over three decades of service to Milwaukee area travelers, as well as clients throughout the nation, we are still committed to providing personalized, honest service that is above and beyond expectations.

Travel Leaders has been in operation in Hales Corners and Oak Creek, Wisconsin since 1975. The original owners, Donald and Kay Voss, founded the company (then known as Parkland Travel, Ltd.) upon the principles of honesty, integrity, and personalized service.
During the 1970s and 1980s, Parkland Travel helped revolutionize the way travel agencies serviced their customers with strong core values and customer-first approach.
In the mid 1990s, Don and Kays' son Dean Voss joined the organization, bringing an extensive background in marketing, sales, and management into the professional mix.
In 1996, Dean purchased the company with a commitment to the hands-on approach and an added emphasis on customer service that truly goes the extra mile.
One of Deans' first statements as President was:
"We will take every opportunity to add technology that will improve our ability to find our clients the best individualized options at the lowest price. However, when it comes to service, we are "old school." It is what our clients love, it is what the market is starving for, and what defines us as the best travel agency in southeastern Wisconsin."
With that promise, technology is continuously upgraded providing our consultants top of the line equipment, software, and effective supplier partnerships. Although, the service still remains "old school." How? When you walk in to our warm colored remodeled offices you will be greeted by friendly agents. Comforted by the sounds of XM satellite radio, offered a cup of fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, mocha Frappuccino, or fresh bottled spring water. Just some of the little things we do in addition to delivering a distinctive brand of personalized travel assistance.
Need to call us? You can because you will bypass all of the typical prompts, recordings and voicemails, as Dean also added in his statement:
"... it's real simple, when our customers call, we answer the phone."
In 1999, Parkland Travel, Ltd. joined with the Carlson Leisure Group and in 2008, we changed our name to Travel Leaders. The franchise association gives Travel Leaders Splash the strength of the industrys largest and most powerful travel group, while still maintaining the flair that local agents, management and ownership can provide.
In 2010, we added the "Splash," as a way to differentiate our locations. Now clients know where they can receive the core philosophies, special programs, exclusive promotions, group travel opportunities and everything else that is extraordinary, about Travel Leaders "Splash."
Throughout its years in operation, Travel Leaders "Splash" has served a countless number of clients and helped to create life long travel experiences and memories. We are ranked every year among the largest travel agencies in the Milwaukee area and are honored with numerous awards, including:
